How Hot was Your Fourth?

Ours was sweltering!!


But we had fun with our friends at a Fourth of July Kid Parade. Lizzie and Eli raced to the front with their friends while we helped Ivy plug along in the back. Next year: Wagon Ride.

At the end of the parade, we came to a park where a Fire Truck tortured the children by showing off its ladder but waiting about an hour till they finally turned the hose on them. What a relief that was!!
